OUR TEAM
Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. The Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 Factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the United Kingdom will start operations this year. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.
What do you need? The mindset of an athlete. If you are someone for whom giving up is not an option and limits are only something to be overcome, you can bring Vorsprung durch Technik to Formula 1 with us. Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history.
This position for the Audi F1 Project is available at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) department, you will work across the department management team on the development and testing of key components that bring the power unit's performance to the racetrack and contribute to competitiveness in a highly competitive environment.
