2 Seas Motorsport is an established front-running GT3 team, competing and winning at the highest levels across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

2 Seas Motorsport has become a consistent front-running performer in the Intelligent Money British GT championship, scoring multiple podiums and outright victories. The 2023 season was the strongest year for the team to-date, claiming the coveted GT3 Teams’ championship. The team has built a reputation for being consistent performers and as much a benchmark off-track, in the pitlane and paddock.

Underlining its intentions and supporting the growth of the team, in 2023 2 Seas Motorsport relocated to a new 7,000sq ft workshop at the heart of 'motorsport valley' in the UK, located at Silverstone Circuit.

Following our most successful season to date, 2Seas Motorsport continues to grow as a championship-winning force in GT3 racing. We are now seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Team Manager to help drive the next chapter of our performance both on and off the track.
You will be required to oversee all race operations across our programme. You will work closely with the entire team, drivers and championship officials to ensure the team operates at the highest professional standard.

 

Skills & Experience
• Must have previous experience in motorsport team management or senior motorsport/automotive operations
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities including driver liaison
• Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-moving, competitive environment

 

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate the team across workshop operations and all race events
• Ensure all regulatory requirements, entries, licensing, and documentation are completed accurately
• Work with engineers and crew chiefs to streamline and optimise race-weekend workflows
• Driver liaison, communication, and negotiation where required
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency
