Race Team Truckie

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Truck Driver (Truckie) to join our race team, supporting us at events across Europe and worldwide. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely transporting race cars, show cars, team equipment, and personnel to and from tests and events.
• Loading/unloading trucks, single-car trailers, shipping containers, and airfreight pallets following load plans.
• Driving forklifts and operating machinery both in the workshop and at events.
• Supporting the garage set-up and pack-down at circuits around the world.
• Maintaining and preparing company vehicles, reporting service needs and damages.
• Assisting with race team equipment maintenance, repairs, and updates.
• Working alongside the fuel team – helping with set-up, upkeep, and race preparation of the fuel rig (in line with WEC regulations).
• Keeping the freight area and workshop organised.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 1 licence and CPC.
• Proven European HGV driving experience.
• Familiarity with ATA Carnet and customs procedures.
• Ability and flexibility to travel worldwide, including weekends and overtime.
• Forklift licence and confidence with machinery operation.
• Ability to load freight safely and logically under pressure.
• Strong team player with excellent organisational skills.
• Good mechanical understanding of equipment.
• Physically fit and able to cope with the demands of race events.
• Previous motorsport experience.

Base: Must reside in or willing to relocate to a commutable distant to Frant, Kent
Travel: Regular European and global travel required
