Firmly established as one of the most successful teams in UK motorsport since its formation in 1970 and now entering its 56th year, Hillspeed has been part of the GB3 Championship and the predecessort BRDC Formula 3/4 Championships since the category was first established in 2013 by MSV. The team are regular race winners, and enjoyed its most successful season in both GB3 and GB4 during 2025 with multiple wins in both championships.
Hillspeed are looking for new members to join their highly successful Motorsport Teams.
We pride ourselves on the standard of our work and the very high attention to detail.
Race Mechanics are required immediately to join our expanded GB3 & GB4 race teams with contracted drivers in place for the 2026 season.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years previous car build and preparation experience and work to a very high standard.
These job roles will include workshop and trackside mechanical support, working under the direction of the chief mechanic and race engineers.
