Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate service and repair recommendations, with a strong focus on safety, consistency, and performance
- Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and to a high standard, including mechanical, electrical, and composite bodywork
- Maintain detailed records of all vehicle service and repair history
- Accurately track and log time for all completed work
- Provide professional trackside support across a variety of events, including race weekends, driver schools, corporate events, and track days
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience
- Proven ability to perform the responsibilities listed above
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to meet goals independently
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, powertrain, and drivetrain systems
- Solid understanding of race car systems, including powertrain, drivetrain, suspension, and aerodynamics
- Working knowledge of race car setup and performance optimization
- Must supply own tools and storage (specialty tools provided)
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a professional environment
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
- Willingness and availability to travel
- Basic computer proficiency
- Prior motorsports experience required
- Demonstrated experience providing trackside support
- Experience with ECU data analysis is a plus
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to the Dawsonville, GA area
