Race Car Technician- GB3

Arden International Motorsport is a multiple formula racing team created and run by Garry Horner, it currently competes in the GB3 and GB4 Championships and formerly ran in FIA F2, GP2, A1 GP, F3000, World Series by Renault, GP3, Formula Regional Europe, Renault Eurocup and British F4.

Arden International Motorsport is looking for a highly experiences Race Car Technician to join our team, working on GB3 cars at the very highest level.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a genuine winning team, with proven success across the UK and Europe in state-of-the-art workshop facilities based in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the preparation of race cars to exceptionally high standards, ensuring every car that leaves our workshop is race-ready, immaculately finished, and built to compete at the front of the field.

You will:

• Prepare GB3 cars for racing and test events to the highest possible standard
• Carry out full strip-down through to finished, race-ready cars
• Work to exacting standards of fit, finish, and mechanical integrity, nothing leaves our workshop unless it’s right
• Collaborate closely with the wider team to support our race and event programmed, both in the UK and Internationally
• Take pride and ownership in the quality of your work and the reputation of the cars you prepare

About you

• Highly experienced in the preparation of competition race cars
• A meticulous, high standards approach to your craft, this is not a role for cutting corners
• Strong all-round mechanical and fabrication skills
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit, high performing team
• Willing to travel to support events as required
• Genuine passion for motorsport
