Motorsport Competence Group (Team ROWE Racing) is looking for a structured, detail-oriented and communicative Parts Manager (m/f/d) to join us at our headquarters in St. Ingbert.

In this role, you support our projects in day-to-day operations and ensure that vehicle components, spare parts and assemblies are available at the right time, in the right quality and at the right place. You coordinate parts flows between workshop, logistics, purchasing, as well as the test and race team while keeping project schedules, part lifecycles and stock levels in focus.

In short: You make sure our projects are supplied with the right parts at all times.

 

Your Mission

You take responsibility for the operational coordination of parts management: availability, planning, documentation, parts flow, systems and interfaces – turning project requirements into reliable supply for the workshop, tests and races.

 

Your Responsibilities
1) Parts Availability & Project Supply

• Take responsibility for the timely delivery of all vehicle components to meet project and event schedules
• Ensure that required components, spare parts and assemblies are available in time for workshop, test and race operations
• Build and maintain a strong overview of the lifecycle of GT car parts
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks and critical parts requirements and escalate them to the relevant interfaces in due time

 

2) Parts Coordination & Interface Management

• Work closely with engineering and workshop to coordinate parts
• Act as the central interface between parts management, workshop and engineering
• Coordinate the distribution of new and serviced parts to and from our worldwide motorsport events
• Ensure clear, structured and traceable communication regarding parts availability, status and priorities

 

3) Stock, Planning & Systems

• Support quantity planning and assist the relevant departments in maintaining appropriate stock levels
• Use and maintain ERP and lifing systems to transparently manage stock, part lifecycles and availability
• Continuously document parts movements, status information and relevant project data
• Support the structured presentation of requirements, priorities and open points for project and management reviews

 

4) Event Support

• Support the team with event preparation and follow-up activities as well as the related documentation
• Coordinate parts flow in the context of national and international motorsport events
• Track returned parts, serviced parts, open requirements and event-related follow-up tasks
• Ensure that relevant information from tests and races is fed back into further parts planning and project steering

 

5) Quality, Structure & Continuous Improvement

• Work to high quality standards with a methodical approach and strong attention to detail
• Read and interpret technical drawings to safely evaluate and allocate components
• Identify improvement potential in parts flow, stock structure, documentation and interface processes
• Work in a solution-oriented manner in a dynamic environment where team performance, reliability and speed are essential

 

Your Profile

• Technical education with several years of job-specific practical experience in a technical or industrial environment
• Good understanding of vehicle components, stock management and parts flow, ideally in a motorsport or automotive environment
• Experience with ERP and lifing systems is essential
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Structured, methodical and detail-oriented working style with high quality standards
• Strong ability to prioritize workload according to project demands and remain focused under pressure
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
• Problem-solving mindset and motivation to take on the challenges of a dynamic project and racing environment
• Comprehensive technical understanding within the field of motorsport is beneficial
• High willingness to travel as well as flexibility in working hours, including weekends during tests and events
• Driving license
• German language skills advantageous, good English skills required

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unsere Projekte im täglichen operativen Ablauf und stellst sicher, dass Fahrzeugkomponenten, Ersatzteile und Baugruppen zur richtigen Zeit, in der richtigen Qualität und am richtigen Ort verfügbar sind. Du koordinierst Teileflüsse zwischen Workshop, Logistik, Einkauf, sowie Test- und Rennteam und behältst dabei Projektplan, Teilelebenszyklen und Bestände im Blick.

Kurz: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Projekte jederzeit mit den richtigen Teilen versorgt sind.

 

Deine Mission

Du übernimmst die operative Koordination des Teilemanagements: Verfügbarkeit, Planung, Dokumentation, Teilefluss, Systeme und Schnittstellen – damit aus Projektanforderungen eine zuverlässige Versorgung für Workshop, Tests und Rennen wird.

Deine Aufgaben
1) Teileverfügbarkeit & Projektversorgung

• Verantwortung für die termingerechte Bereitstellung aller Fahrzeugkomponenten zur Einhaltung der Projekt- und Einsatzplanung
• Sicherstellen, dass benötigte Komponenten, Ersatzteile und Baugruppen rechtzeitig für Workshop-, Test- und Renneinsätze verfügbar sind
• Aufbau und Pflege eines fundierten Überblicks über den Lebenszyklus von GT-Fahrzeugteilen
• Proaktive Identifikation von Engpässen, Risiken und kritischen Teilebedarfen sowie rechtzeitige Eskalation an die relevanten Schnittstellen

 

2) Teilekoordination & Schnittstellenmanagement

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und Workshop zur Koordination der Teile
• Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Parts Management, Workshop und Engineering
• Organisation der Verteilung neuer und gewarteter Teile zu und von unseren weltweiten Motorsportveranstaltungen
• Sicherstellen einer klaren, strukturierten und nachvollziehbaren Kommunikation zu Teileverfügbarkeit, Status und Prioritäten

 

3) Bestand, Planung & Systeme

• Mitwirkung bei der Mengenplanung und Unterstützung relevanter Abteilungen bei der Aufrechterhaltung angemessener Lagerbestände
• Pflege und Nutzung von ERP- und Lifing-Systemen zur transparenten Steuerung von Beständen, Teilelebensläufen und Verfügbarkeiten
• Kontinuierliche Dokumentation von Teilebewegungen, Statusinformationen und relevanten Projektdaten
• Unterstützung bei der strukturierten Darstellung von Bedarfen, Prioritäten und offenen Punkten für Projekt- und Management-Reviews

 

4) Event-Support

• Unterstützung des Teams bei Vor- und Nachbereitungen von Veranstaltungen sowie bei der entsprechenden Dokumentation
• Koordination des Teileflusses im Rahmen nationaler und internationaler Motorsportveranstaltungen
• Nachverfolgung von Rückläufern, gewarteten Teilen, offenen Bedarfen und eventbezogenen Folgeaufgaben
• Sicherstellen, dass relevante Informationen aus Tests/Rennen in die weitere Teileplanung und Projektsteuerung einfließen

 

5) Qualität, Struktur & kontinuierliche Verbesserung

• Arbeiten nach hohen Qualitätsstandards mit methodischem Vorgehen und ausgeprägter Detailgenauigkeit
• Lesen und Interpretieren technischer Zeichnungen zur sicheren Bewertung und Zuordnung von Komponenten
• Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in Teilefluss, Lagerstruktur, Dokumentation und Schnittstellenprozessen
•  Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld, in dem Teamleistung, Zuverlässigkeit und Geschwindigkeit entscheidend sind

 

Dein Profil

• Technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger, fachspezifischer Berufserfahrung in einem technischen oder industriellen Umfeld
• Gutes Verständnis von Fahrzeugkomponenten, Bestandsmanagement und Teilefluss, idealerweise im Motorsport- oder Automotive-Umfeld
• Erfahrung mit ERP- und Lifing-Systemen ist erforderlich
• Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen zu lesen und zu interpretieren
• Strukturierte, methodische und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise auf hohem Qualitätsniveau
• Sehr gutes Priorisierungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck konzentriert und zuverlässig zu arbeiten
• Flexibilität, Anpassungsfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Freude an den Herausforderungen eines dynamischen Projekt- und Rennumfelds
• Umfassendes technisches Verständnis im Motorsportbereich ist von Vorteil
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft sowie flexible Arbeitszeiten, inklusive Wochenenden bei Tests und Events
• Führerschein
• Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil, gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
