General Summary:
This role reports to the Senior Partnership Manager or their designee and is based in Banbury, UK. The Manager delivers departmental objectives by overseeing day-to-day operations, leading and developing team members, and ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, implementation of policies and procedures, and regular communication with senior leadership, while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
Role specific responsibilities
- Own the day to day management and delivery of assigned partner accounts, maintaining strong working relationships with partner stakeholders and internal teams across marketing, brand, communication, digital, events, trackside operations, and finance.
- Responsible for the day-to-day account management of a select number of team partners, including major partners.
- Be accountable for the accurate and timely fulfilment of contractual partner rights across race weekends, marketing campaigns, events, and experiential programs, ensuring delivery meets agreed objectives and quality standards.
- Lead cross functional coordination for partner activations, aligning internal teams and external agencies to deliver seamless execution across a global F1 calendar.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, providing clear communication, structured updates, and proactive issue resolution throughout the season.
- Own partner delivery planning for assigned accounts, including activation roadmaps, milestones, and season long delivery schedules.
- Monitor and track rights usage and partner performance, identifying risks, gaps, or opportunities and escalating as appropriate to ensure contractual compliance and partner satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver regular partner delivery updates and performance summaries for senior commercial and marketing leadership, focused on status, risks, and upcoming commitments.
- Identify and propose incremental activation opportunities that enhance partner value, align with the team’s brand and sporting narrative, and support long term partnership growth.
- Represent the team professionally at race events, partner activations, and meetings, upholding brand standards and reinforcing trusted partner relationships.
- Contribute to departmental projects and race specific initiatives as required, supporting the wider commercial objectives of the team.
Team Leadership & Strategy
- Support the implementation of departmental strategies in line with organisational goals.
- Lead team-level initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects that promote continuous improvement.
- Provide input into policy and process development, sharing insights from frontline operations.
Operational Delivery:

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Resource & Budget Management

Person Specification:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Marketing or Business Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- 3 years of global marketing and management experience at a brand, rights holder, or agency, that covers strategy, client servicing, brand, sales, and product marketing in a professional motorsports environment.
- 3 years of partnership management experience.
- Proven leadership in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
- Event planning experience.

- Exposure to high noise levels (e.g., engines, pit lane activity), bright lighting, and fast-moving environments is common in race support roles.
