We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced #1 Race Mechanic to join our multiple Championship-winning GT3 race team. The job will include being a #1 Mechanic on one of our Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo2s at all of the 2026 British GT Championship race events and test days, plus some workshop preparation work in between races. There would also be the opportunity to get involved with our new GT3 Heritage division, if that was of interest.

The individual would ideally have GT/Sportscar/high-level single-seater race mechanic experience, and it is essential that they have worked for a race team in the motorsport industry previously.

Plus a race-winning mentality and most importantly they must be prepared to fully integrate with the existing successful, professional experienced team.

The Skills required are as follows:

• Race car preparation & build experience to the highest standards.
• Ideally have pit stop wheel gun/wheel change experience.
• Car crew delegation skills.
• Responsibility for completing all car job-list/maintenance & parts usage associated paperwork.
