Junior Sticker Applicator/Wrapper & Graphics Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Graphics / Sticker Applicator & Designer to support the design, production, and application of vehicle graphics across our motorsport programme. This is a primarily factory-based role, focused on preparing cars, equipment, and branding to a high professional standard. There may be occasional opportunities to travel to test days or race events to support on-site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
•Design and prepare vehicle graphics, decals, and stickers using Adobe software
•Full bodywork wrapping
•Apply vinyl graphics to race cars, panels, and equipment to a high standard
•Assist with removal, replacement, and repair of graphics between events
•Ensure sponsor branding is accurate, consistent, and positioned correctly
•Support garage, workshop, and equipment branding where required
•Maintain clean, organised workspaces and tools
•Assist with vehicle and event preparation in the factory
•Support garage setup and pack-down when attending events
Requirements
•Basic experience or training in graphic design and vinyl application
•Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software
•Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
•Willingness to learn and take direction
•Able to work occasional weekends and travel when required
•Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a small team
•Full driving licence
Desirable
•Experience applying vinyl graphics to vehicles or motorsport equipment
•Interest or background in motorsport
•Knowledge of print production processes and materials
•Experience working in a fast-paced workshop or production environment
