Junior IT Administrator – Formula E Team

Envision Racing is a UK-based Formula E team competing in the FIA Formula E World Championship. With a proven track record of success and a commitment to innovation and sustainability, we are recruiting a highly motivated Junior IT Administrator to assist our IT Infrastructure Engineer at the highest level of electric racing. Junior IT Administrator – Formula E Team

• This role involves providing essential first-level IT support, managing IT assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, ready to handle a variety of IT tasks
• Responsibilities include Troubleshooting, Managing IT inventory, Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees

Key skillset requirements are

• Provide 1st level IT Support to employees (onsite/remote)
• Monitor IT inventory, procure and manage IT assets
• Perform onboardings/offboarding’s of employees
• Create and maintain IT documentation
• Assist on configurations/implementations in IT systems/tools
• Procuring, maintaining, and administering computers and office equipment
• Administering corporate software systems
• Suggesting and implementing improvements in procedures and equipment
• Maintaining knowledge of IT support, help desk procedures, products, and services
• Managing an issue tracking system

• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with modern office productivity tools
• Pleasant and patient communicator
• Computer science-oriented education or tech background
• Positive, problem-solving attitude

This position is based at Silverstone in our purpose-built workshop, with free onsite parking, an onsite gym, and access to peaceful woodland surroundings. The position requires flexibility and a willingness to travel regularly.
