Audi has been competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship since the 2026 season. The new team has three locations. The Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, is known for its innovative technologies and its passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Center in the United Kingdom is in its initial phase and is growing steadily. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

The mindset of an athlete. If you are someone for whom giving up is not an option and limits are simply something to be overcome, you can help us bring Vorsprung durch Technik (Progress through Technology) to Formula 1. Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history. This position is available at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany.
In the field of high-voltage battery and HV electronics development, you will work on a key component of high-performance electric drives and contribute to competitiveness in a highly competitive environment. You will be responsible for the connection technologies within the manufacturing of traction storage systems and ensure reproducible quality to guarantee successful use in high-performance motorsport applications. Furthermore, you will support the production of HV batteries in close coordination with manufacturing.
