Using knowledge and experience to identify potential reliability critical issues
• Committing to and delivering the quality, reliability and consistency of the engine build process. Working in close cooperation with the engine build team to ensure engines are built to a defined specification, that what is built and how it is built is consistent and working to a defined ‘best practice’ standard – with supporting documentation.
• Ensure engine build documentation is followed and completed accurately and fully using our digital format (including SN’s properly recorded, engine spec sheets followed, engine strip sheets, PDI records and engine build sheet accuracy)
.• Competent in measuring, inspecting, and checking engine components on strip including documentation and report writing.
• Complete, record and maintain accurate and consistent build records and component serial numbers.
