We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Electronics and Systems Engineer to join our Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the cutting edge of motorsport technology, based full-time at our workshop in Frant, Kent, with regular travel to race events around the world.

As an Electronics and Systems Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and competitiveness of our race cars. Working closely with Mechanics, the Engineering team, and other departments, you’ll manage electronic systems, support vehicle setup and calibration, and provide data-driven insights both in the workshop and trackside.

 

Key Responsibilities

Workshop:

·       Manage the electronics build area, tools, and stock control.

·       Collaborate with the Program Manager and Chassy Lead to define and implement car systems.

·       Calibrate and validate sensors using specialist software.

·       Analyse car data to identify faults and improve performance.

·       Carry out system checks before track sessions.

·       Support development of test instrumentation and on-track procedures.

 

Trackside

·       Take dedicated responsibility for one car, ensuring system health and reliability.

·       Manage calibration and system integrity throughout the event.

·       Diagnose and repair wiring looms and electronic faults.

·       Oversee and manage fuel strategy and timing.

·       Assist with garage setup and pack down.

 

What We’re Looking For

·       Proven trackside experience in high-level motorsport (essential).

·       Background in Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula E, or LMDh strongly preferred.

·       Strong computer literacy and data analysis skills.

·       Excellent communication, organisation, and time management.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.

·       Experience with Bosch, Cosworth, or Marelli systems advantageous but not essential.

·       Knowledge of HV (high-voltage) systems beneficial.

This is a fulltime position based in Frant, Kent and applicants should be willing to relocate or live in a commutable distance to the workshop.
