Mahindra Racing is a motor racing team based in Banbury, United Kingdom, competing with an Indian racing licence. The team is currently competing in the electric FIA Formula E Championship since the inaugural season in 2014, achieving P4 in team’s championship in the 2024-25 season.
Role Overview:
A role is available for a design engineer in the design department at Mahindra Racing. We are looking for an experienced engineer with diverse skills to join us on a full-time basis reporting to the Technical Director. The engineer will be working in a small group towards the goal of delivering best-in-class hardware solutions for the Mahindra Formula E World Championship entry and associated activities. This role extends beyond the race car, to the development car and any other directly related projects. The role will require a sound engineering background, and excellent CAD knowledge. Seniority and job title offered would be decided based on experience.
