We're looking for a Composite Repair Technician to join our team, working both on site in Frant, Kent and trackside at events around the world.

 

We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in composite repair (motorsport, aerospace, or similar)
  • Strong skills in wet lay-up, bonding, sanding, trimming, and finishing
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to flawless results
  • Willingness to travel globally and work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and be based in a commutable distance to our workshop
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and professionalism

 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Performing high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs on carbon fibre and composite components
  • Inspecting, assessing, and repairing damage using engineering data, drawings, and scanning tools
  • Manufacturing moulds and managing composite tooling and materials
  • Preparing, sanding, bonding, trimming, and finishing components to OEM and team standards
  • Supporting the team trackside with rapid assessments and repairs during races, tests, and events
  • Maintaining accurate repair logs, traceability, and lifing documentation
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Bodywork, and Race Teams to keep turnaround times tight and performance at its peak

 

Trackside & Event Support

This role isn’t just about factory work—you’ll travel internationally with the race team, providing hands-on repair support under pressure, ensuring components are fitted accurately and safely, and contributing directly to performance when it matters most.

Previous motorsport experience is essential – applications without relevant experience will not be considered.
