Pace Performance are recruiting for multiple workshop & trackside roles across our GB4 and Ginetta Junior programmes.

You must have relevant motorsport experience and be able to commute to the Telford area. Weekend race work and the odd late night - comes with the territory.

• GB4 Number 1 Mechanic (Full-time & Contract)
• GB4 Number 2 Mechanic (Full-time & Contract)
• Ginetta Junior Chief / Number 1 Mechanic (Full-time)
• Ginetta Junior Number 1 Mechanic (Full-time & Contract)
• Ginetta Junior Number 2 Mechanic (Full-time & Contract)

Key skills & experience:

• Proven experience in GB4 or an equivalent national single-seater championship.
• Proven experience in Ginetta Junior or similar.
• Strong grasp of vehicle/mechanical dynamics with meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear, confident communicator with drivers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Calm under pressure with sound, timely decision-making.
• Collaborative team player who lifts those around them.
• Fully flexible and willing to travel throughout the season, including at short notice.
• Full UK driving licence (towing experience an advantage)
