An opportunity has come up to take a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our annual championships:

Primary Responsibilities

Championship Planning

Coordinate Ginetta Championships calendar, liaising with circuit, promoters and key stakeholders
Manage deadlines and deliverables for each event

Event Coordination

Support the organisation and delivery of race weekends, including scheduling, logistics, paddock planning and briefing material
Attend all championship rounds, acting as the key point of contact for teams, officials and partners

Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate records, including entry lists, results, reports
Manage team registrations, licences, insurance documents and payment tracking

Media and promotion support

Coordinate with marketing and media team to ensure accurate championship information
Assist in gathering drivers and team information

Experience & Knowledge

Experience in motorsport event coordination – minimum 2 years preferred
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel, including weekends
