As a multi-championship-winning team, recently crowned 2025 Porsche Carrera Cup North America (PCCNA) Pro-Am Champions, ACI Motorsport is expanding its programs and seeking talented individuals to join its growing operation at the highest levels of North American motorsport.

ACI Motorsport is looking for a experienced Fly-In Truck Driver to support its U.S. racing programs. The role involves transporting high-value race cars, tools, and equipment using a 2-car enclosed trailer. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced motorsport environment, representing the team professionally, and contributing effectively during race weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport race cars, tools, and equipment to and from races, tests, and workshops across the United States.
  • Operate and maintain a 2-car enclosed trailer with care and precision.
  • Ensure all loads are properly secured and documented prior to transport.
  • Maintain accurate mileage, fuel, and service records.
  • Assist with vehicle loading/unloading, pit setup, and equipment organization at events.
  • Support tire preparation during race weekends, including mounting assistance, tire labeling, and managing warmers or pressures under direction from the engineering team.
  • Follow all DOT and team safety regulations, maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Contribute to event setup and teardown (awnings, pit equipment, etc.) as needed.

Requirements

  • Valid U.S. CDL license with clean driving record.
  • Experience hauling 2-car (or larger) trailers—motorsport or high-value cargo experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel frequently and fly to different event locations across the U.S.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and long race weeks.
  • Basic mechanical understanding and attention to detail.
  • Physically capable of assisting with load-in/out and general event duties.

Experience Requirements:

  • Prior motorsport or race-team logistics experience.
  • Familiarity with paddock operations and race event procedures.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to assist across departments.

Pay & Benefits 

  • Competitive daily rate depending on experience. All travel expenses (flights, hotels, meals) are covered by the team.
