Overall objectives of this role:
To provide technical support to all levels of the North American Radical Motorsport customer base. The job holder will be required to travel to dealers’ premises and events throughout the normal America race season. The Jobholder will also provide technical training to Radical dealerships employees.

Primary responsibilities:
-Providing global technical product support on all aspects of Radical vehicles
-Manage customer technical issues log and resolution plan
-Attend international race events to support regional dealers and teams
-Attend US track events to support customers and teams
-Provide reports on support events to engineering and development teams
-An ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a methodical approach is essential. The role may require extensive international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends.

Additional responsibilities:
-Maintenance of Radical Product Manuals
-Development of tools to support customer car maintenance
-Support of Radical Training Academy
-Production fault diagnosis and support
-Support of engineering development team as required
-Maintain personal skill and product knowledge levels.

Required skills:
-Experience of motorsport industry, either racing or customer support
-Understanding of modern vehicle operating systems (ECU, PDU, ABS, TC, EPAS, Turbo control, Gearbox shift strategy)
-Experienced user of motorsport data acquisition systems (Life, Aim, Motec, Pi, others)
-Proficient in the use of MS Office
-An organised approach to problem solving
-Empathetic customer service approach
-Working knowledge of USA Health & Safety legislation procedures.
-US residency and right to work in the US

Preferential skill:
-Practical experience with current Radical products
-Experience of race car engineering
-Knowledge of electronic diagnostic systems
-CAN data transmission programming
- Spanish language
