Have you got what it takes to be a Technical Team Support Engineer for Roborace?


The world’s first driverless electric racing car - an extreme motorsport and entertainment platform for the future of road relevant technologies.

We are currently seeking an exceptional Technical Team Support Engineer / Specialist to work with all teams for the entire fleet of autonomous cars for Roborace.

To be successful in this role you will need to have an innovative approach and ‘hands on’ experience within a motorsport or high-end automotive environment and have eligibility to work in the UK.

You will be comfortable working under pressure, excited and passionate to deliver within a high performing team environment.

The roles will be based in Oxfordshire but may also include international travel to accompany and support Roborace events at major cities across the world, including some Formula E events.


Our Technical Requirements

Within this role you will be the main ‘go to’ person for all technical exchange within the teams so we are looking for a great communicator with a ‘can do’ attitude to ensure effective delivery


Your responsibilities will also include

  • To collate and filter team requirements and also formulate development requests for the car, software or platform development
  • To maintain the data base and data logs and prepare the the logged data
  • To maintain the communication platform between all teams including the Roborace team
  • To ensure the provision of accurate data logs and exchange of data between the teams 
  • The provision of information to ensure a smooth flow between the teams
  • To proactively take action on bug reports and problem flags


We are seeking candidates who have a range of experience in the following areas together with a passion and hunger to continuously develop and create the future with us!

  • A Technical understanding of the requirements of autonomous driving
  • A sound understanding of Data Analysis, Logging, Controls and Robotics
  • General vehicle understanding
  • Strong attention to detail
