Team Manager / Weekend Mechanics & 2 Permanent Mechanics

Xite Energy Racing is a leading team in the fast-paced and adrenaline-filled world of Nitro Rallycross. Created by action sports legend Travis Pastrana, we are seeking passionate and experienced professionals to join our team for the upcoming 6 rounds in the USA. We currently have multiple positions open, including Team Manager, Event Mechanics, and Permanent Mechanics. Successful candidates will be part of an elite race team that values teamwork, dedication, and excellence.

Positions:

Team Manager: As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of the team. This includes managing personnel, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that the team meets performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve peak performance
• Develop and implement race strategies
• Manage budget, resources, and equipment
• Coordinate with sponsors and partners
• Ensure compliance with racing regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in motorsport management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Nitro Rallycross and its regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions

Event Mechanics (3 positions): Event Mechanics will be responsible for providing technical support during the 6 rounds in the USA, ensuring that the race cars are in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-race inspections and set-ups
• Carry out repairs and maintenance during race events
• Work closely with other team members to implement race strategies
• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a mechanic in motorsports
• Knowledge of race car systems and components
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Permanent Mechanics (2 positions): As a Permanent Mechanic, you will work full-time with the Xite Energy Racing team, providing year-round technical support and ensuring the race cars are in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on race cars
• Develop and implement performance upgrades
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize car performance
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a mechanic in motorsports
• Expertise in race car systems and components
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
