Role Overview:

Rodin Motorsport is seeking a highly organised and proactive Motorsport Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all logistical aspects of the team's operations, including travel arrangements for F2, F3, and F1 A events. This is a crucial role that ensures the seamless operation of the team's activities at each event, allowing the team to focus on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Coordination

  • Arrange and manage all travel logistics for the team, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.
  • Ensure all team members are aware of their travel schedules and any changes.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, and local transportation providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective arrangements.

Event Coordination

  • Work closely with the Team Manager to prepare for each event, including organizing schedules, meetings, and briefings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all logistical matters during events, solving issues as they arise.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records of all travel and accommodation expenses.
  • Manage travel budgets and report on expenses to the finance department.
  • Prepare and distribute event itineraries, including detailed schedules for team members.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, PR) to ensure all team needs are met during events.

Team Support

  • Provide on-the-ground support for team members during events, ensuring their needs are met so they can focus on performance.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, management, and external parties.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc duties that support the team’s objectives during events.

Skills

  - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  - Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes effectively.
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software.
