An opportunity has arisen for Systems Technician to join Formula E department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment.  The purpose of the role is to support the building and servicing of electrical wiring harnesses and sensors using System 25, Autosport connectors and fine gauge wiring.

Job role: 

(It is not necessary to have experience in all these areas)

• Building of electrical wiring harnesses
• Termination of sensors
• Calibration, testing and quality assurance of sensors and assemblies
• Fault diagnosis and reporting
• Maintain documentation relating to harness and sensor installations
• An understanding of interacting with a Rest API based architecture.
• Support testing of car systems using System Monitor
• Data analysis using ATLAS

You’ll have:

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
• Self-motivation and the ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance, and to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines
• A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving, along with good attention to detail
• Flexible attitude to working hours
• To follow and actively enforce the company’s health and Safety and HV policies
• Experience with Arduino type devices is beneficial but not essential
• Experience with ATLAS and Systems Monitor is beneficial not essential

Location:

Head office is based on the Williams technical campus in Grove. This role will be based primarily in Kidlington, Oxford, UK, with some travel required to Grove.
