Develop diagnostic tools to help monitoring the car health and generate quick report.
Specify and manage procedures to be well applied
Liaise with Race engineer and mechanics to organize the work on the car.
Ensure the software validation in the driver-in-the-loop (DIL) and on track
Software leader: Understand needs ; write the software specifications and ensure the validation in the driver-in-the-loop (DIL) and on track ; provide to the team the full understanding of the software (liaise with the manufacturer, reverse engineering, spec management)
Compile pre-event and post event reports regarding identified issues, as well as the development of corrective measures.

EXPERIENCE
2 to 4 years’ experience in a high-level racing series (Formula 1, Formula E, WEC)
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and specification.
A strong knowledge of programming in MATLAB/Simulink and VBA
Experience in electronics: Sensors calibration, wiring loom build
Fluent in English
Knowledge of French is helpful but not a requirement
