Support Engineer

FULL TIME. Alzenau, Germany. With Professional Experience

Customer support in technical aspects, from preparing technical bulletins to attending races and tests, incl. updating car user manuals.

Responsibilities:

Car data management: Downloading and reading data acquisition (Magneti Marelli and Life Racing)
Engineering: Customer support during pre-event tests and racing events
Reporting: Writing of post-event reports, issuing lists, creating record files to tech office
Traveling around the world for racing events

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Aeronautical engineering or similar background with understanding of car vehicle dynamics
At least 2 years of experience in a comparable environment and data analyzing experience
Good in explaining solutions to customers, communicating with gentlemen and non-professional drivers
Ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance and to work under pressure to meet deadlines and during race events
Fluent English is compulsory
