Mahindra Racing is a motor racing team based in Banbury, United Kingdom, competing with an Indian racing licence. The team is currently competing in the electric FIA Formula E Championship since the inaugural season in 2014

Role Overview:
We require a Strategy Engineer to join the strategy team of our vehicle performance group.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the senior strategy engineer with event preparation.
• Prepare pre and post event reports.
• Assist with the specification, development and test of software tools to support race energy management.
• Provide remote support for strategy activities at race events.

Qualifications, skills and experience required:
Essential

• A degree in a numerate discipline.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language.
• A demonstrable interest in race car energy management and race strategy.

Desirable:

• Any experience with race strategy.
• Experience with Formula E race energy management.
