Our long-term Rally-Raid and GT endurance racing programmes offer our skilled Electrical Technicians an unrivalled breadth of challenge and opportunities.

You will be comfortable working alongside our engineering teams supporting the development and design of our new systems and your insights and expertise will then support the transition to production build. And, as we then run our elite competition cars on the track and off-road across the globe, you will have a hand in supporting the iterative ongoing opportunities that finesse our products, turning them into championship-winning machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide feedback and insights to the Engineering team on issues identified and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Build and test wiring looms and harnesses from technical drawings.
• Work as part of an agile team, in a fast-moving environment.
• Carry out hands-on work competently to set production times.
• Support with the development of more junior team members.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience building wiring looms and harnesses from engineering drawings, and have an understanding of electrical theory. You will have a flexible approach to work and be able to work calmly under pressure. Previous experience within motorsport is preferred but not essential. A meticulous attitude to record keeping is essential.
