As a development and production partner for engine builders and race teams, GoodFabs helps design and fabricate exhaust systems by utilising an experienced workforce and well-equipped workshop.
We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead our growing design team from our base in Motorsport Valley. Significant knowledge and experience of designing fixturing jigs and interpreting models is required for a position which will see you reacting to the requirements of our F1 team and engine builder customers. You will produce clear, concise designs which fabricators and machinists can use to produce market-leading components as well as designing project specific press tools and a range of machined parts.
As Senior Designer, you will be responsible for the management, motivation and continued development of the Design Engineer, imparting your knowledge and encouraging the use of industry best practices in the production of the highest achievable standard of technical drawing possible.
You will be a direct liaison between GoodFabs and our customers, working closely with them to examine drawings and where applicable, provide relevant feedback.
Your experience will be used to identify new strategic opportunities for GoodFabs, facilitating the development of key relationships by meeting with prospective customers and partners, and being a standard-bearer for the Company and the services we provide.

This is a permanent, UK-based role which includes a competitive salary and bonus scheme plus an 11% of salary non-contributory pension on total earnings. 4 weeks holiday rising to 5 weeks after two years.
