Main tasks

Customer Management like acquisition/creation of offers and contracts, claim management and customer liaison during events
Coordination of spare parts activities, e.g. definition of service & rebuild kits, maintain sales BOM within SAP
Preparation of customer documentation
Regular communication and documentation with internal and external customers, suppliers

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant business or engineering discipline or similar
Relevant work experience in the field of Customer Motorsport with strong customer orientation
Fluent English both written and spoken is mandatory, any other European language is considered as an advantage
You are a reliable team player with an excellent ability of working under pressure
An excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint together with a profound experience in SAP parts logistics & order handling
