Old Hall Performance was created to offer high quality automotive performance products throughout the European Market. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. 


Job Title: Sales Manager

Role Mission/ Purpose: To increase the distribution and sales of both Automotive and Motorsport Parts throughout mainland Europe and the UK.         

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Hold key relationships with buyers at major UK and EU Motorfactors
  • Identification of new markets and customers
  • Delivery of increased turnover and margin
  • Develop new strategies to attract new business
  • To maximise the potential of trade shows in developing new business
  • Maintain and increase where appropriate the presence of OHP products at relevant trade shows
  • Maintenance and servicing of established customer base
  • Organic growth from established customer base
  • Assist Sales Admin with processing sales orders that reach the company by telephone, letter, e-mail, website or fax.
  • Ensure order accuracy, such as prices, discounts and product numbers.
  • ·Resolve any queries
  • Proactive approach to solving problems to avoid disappointments for customers.
  • Seek to maintain & improve order processing from initial enquiry to shipping and delivery.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing Support to ensure news and content of the website and other material supports business development
  • Provide technical input for marketing content
  • To maximise the support and links with the US and other overseas markets
  • Liaise with operations and warehouse staff to facilitate customer demands and schedules.
  • Oversee order picking, packing and dispatch to ensure accuracy.
  • Uphold and increase order accountability with in place measures
  • Facilitate new business in liaison with sales admin, highlight potential leads
  • Study customer performance to ensure discount and pricing is in line with their volume of business
  • Re – negotiate and set performance goals if under performing
  • Study customer history and contact those customers that have not done business with us for a pre-defined period to see if there is anything we can do or supply them.

  • Liaise with the accounts department to make sure customers have paid on time and if necessary inform them that payment is required before orders can be processed. 
  • Liaise with technical department to ensure the customer always has the information they require in a timely manner.  
  • Communicate with suppliers & submit purchase orders
  • Know and utilise suppliers discount options where feasible



  • Graduate or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Strong industry relevant experience

  • Appropriate experience in a similar sales role
  • Experience in aftermarket Automotive parts and Accessory Sales and distribution with a bias towards High Performance Lubricants
