- Ensure technical and sporting compliance
- Plan & execute a session and test program
- Define all operating parameters around the car including tires, fuel and vehicle setup
- Define, Develop, Optimize and Validate the Performance Targets for Car and Driver
- Manage car, driver and crew
- Evaluate, analyze and report technical data, simulation data, geometry info, tire information
Your qualifications
- Degree level academic background in engineering, computer sciences or related academic subjects
- experience in Motorsport a Race or Data/Performance Engineer in GT3 or Rally
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English, German is beneficial
- Strong knowledge in vehicle dynamics
- Good knowledge of WinDarab, RaceCon and VBox Circuit Tools
- Capability of establishing Test & Validation plans for on-track verification of specific performance parameters.
- Experience with DIL Simulators is beneficial
- Practical approach by using rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.
- Personal flexibility to work hours as required
