Responsibility for analysing data alongside various inputs from the supporting engineers and driver, to quickly decide on the vehicle optimisation direction.
Responsibility for leading driver simulator sessions as required, leading vehicle track testing and development requirements.
A leading hand in the development of racing best practices, procedural workflow and performance metric indexes for all trackside activities, to ensure management of the car, mechanics, associated engineers and driver, extract the maximum performance possible for the given conditions.
A minimum 5 years relevant experience race engineering at the highest levels of motorsport i.e. Formula E, Formula 1, Formula 2, WEC, Indycar etc

Control of strategic decision-making deployment with the support of other Team Engineers.
Implementation, development and maintenance of trackside communication and timing procedures.
Demonstrable management ability to lead a small team of mechanics and engineers.
Excellent inter-personal and reporting skills to clearly disseminate engineering information.
Degree educated (Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics)
