The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete disassembly and rebuild of historic and modern competition engines.

Minimum of 5 years race engine building is desirable.

Confident in taking on a complete engine strip and rebuild to a very high standard.

In depth knowledge of engine function, cam/ignition timing, working out compression ratios, etc.

Extensive experience using measuring/inspection equipment, micrometers/bore micrometers, plastigauge, etc.

Good understanding of technical drawings.

PC literate.

Capable of developing a build book/report writing.

Must have own tools and transport.

  • Very good attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member or confident alone.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Clean driving licence.
