THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the purchasing and organising the stock needed for Pursuit Clients’ race cars.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a small but fast-growing business, working within a close-knit team. The Company offers team days out, and shows appreciation for the small things, as well as having in-house team competitions on the simulator!

This position is full time, working a total of 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday. Depending on experience, the salary range is likely to be £25,000 - £35,000, plus a discretionary company bonus scheme.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure car parts are procured and delivered in a timely manner
  • Ensure budgets are adhered to
  • Build strong supplier relationships
  • Responsible for workshop purchasing needs and ensuring parts arrive on time
  • Preparing consumables for race weekends/ tests and help with loading and unloading
  • Arrange delivery/collection of parts and in some cases collect items in a company vehicles
  • Collect and deliver cars in the van and trailer
  •  Track stock and ensure stock levels are maintained appropriately
  • Help develop stock systems in a growing team
  • Support the cohesion of all functions of the business to maximise results

  • Ability to work under pressure in an often relentless and fast-paced working environment
  • Must hold a full clean UK driving license
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.

The successful candidate will have previous 2+ years’ experience in a Stock/Parts role in a Motorsport environment.
