Track Focused is a passionate motorsport team focused on creating the total motorsport package for all of our customers.

We provide a solution for people who want to concentrate on their driving and racing experience by looking after the preparation, logistics and management of their motorsport activities. Whether it’s sourcing and running a particular car or building and developing a one off race car, we have the expertise and infrastructure to cater for all your needs.

Our purpose built 4000+ sqft Workshop and Offices are based in Cheshire just 20 minutes away from Oulton Park. We have the facilities to build, maintain and develop all kinds of machinery to the highest standards.

We have experience and currently compete in top level GT, Sports Car and Endurance racing Championships throughout the UK and Europe.

One of our specialities is taking Track Day drivers and aspiring racing drivers and developing them into successful racers. Driver development and improvement is something we are well known for and find extremely rewarding. Many of our current drivers started out as track day novices with us.

We have experience with a multitude of marques and various types of competition car, most notably Porsche, Ferrari, Lotus and Fun Cup.

We are looking for a candidate to look after the bookkeeping & administrative side of an expanding Motorsport Team, while supporting the Team owner in providing exceptional customer service.

The position is Part-Time, with potential to progress to full time.


Remuneration is subject to skills and experience.


The role requires a flexible approach to working hours around the Team and Directors commitments. Months and weeks will vary as the work load does, with regular days required in the office, while also occasionally working from home.


Essential Experience & Skills -

Bookkeeping – Experience with cloud-based accounting systems. Xero experience advantageous.

Invoicing – Creating sales invoices.

Administrative – Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.

Passion for the Motorsport Industry – Flexible working approach along with an understanding of the requirements to be successful in the industry.

Proactive individual who is naturally efficient, extremely organised, can manage their own time well and successful at working to deadlines.

High attention to detail, along with strong communication & written skills are a must.

Flexible working approach, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn & adapt.


Desirable Experience -

Experience within the Automotive / Motorsport Industry.

Organisation of team logistics & accommodation.

Building relationships with customers.

Basic social media management (Instagram & Facebook).

Dealing with suppliers and contractors.
