DC Electronics (based in Maldon, Essex) manufacture electric power steering systems and wiring harnesses for the Motorsport, Marine, Automotive, and Autonomous Vehicle industries.
Mechatronics Engineer
• Location: On-site at DC Electronics (Maldon, Essex)
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Working Pattern: Full Time (41hrs per week)
• Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum
DC Electronics are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help with the expansion of their electric power steering range, as they continue to develop new products for the marine, motorsport, off highway, and autonomous vehicle sectors.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive mechatronics background, including experience with vehicle or vessel electrical systems. A good working knowledge of CAN bus systems would be advantageous, as would experience in harness building, prototyping, and soldering.
You will be joining a close-knit team where a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude is a prerequisite - you will need to be flexible and organised with excellent problem-solving skills.
