Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers with technical enquiries, directing them accordingly.
  • Support customers with implementation of company products.
  • Assist with the maintenance of customer focussed documentation for company products.
  • Advise internal and external parties on specification, manufacturing, delivery requirements and any other issues.
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation and where appropriate updating customer facing documentation.
  • To assist with the marketing and technology research to include feedback on competitive products.
  • To interpret feedback from customers on existing products and feedback to bf1systems team.
  • To participate in any training or development which contributes to the department and/or company objectives.
  • To carry out any duties as required by the company to ensure a quality product and service is delivered to customers on time.
  • Demonstrate excellent commitment for every customer.

Essential Skills & Experience

Degree educated, preferably in Electronics Engineering
1-2 years of experience in a technical role
Preferably experience of motorsport electronics
Customer support experience

  • Meeting deadlines/ commitments - ensuring meet customer and own personal objectives and deadlines

  • Building Relationships - proven experience in a customer facing role with the ability to present proposals to existing and new customers.
  • PDR Ownership - actively develops own self.
