As part of its WEC programme and preparations for the Le Mans 24 hours, the electronics department of Stellantis Motorsport is looking to recruit a technician for the testing and assembly of power components with a high focus on high voltage batteries.
As part of the electronics department, the candidate will be responsible for:
- The production and manufacturing processes for a range of HV components for the various projects.
- The assembly of internally designed HV components.
- Control and monitoring of quality for all HV parts and components with suppliers and internally.
- Monitoring of the technical documentation of said equipment.
- Technical and mileage monitoring of HV equipment and components.
The candidate will monitor and maintain up to date the technical definitions for HV components such as:
- Traction inverter or CU
- MGU
- HV Batteries
- 48V Batteries
- 12V Batteries
- DCDC Converters
The candidate will:
- Ensure the assembly of the HV components to the highest standards.
- Act as a technical interface between the head of the electronics department, design office and test teams.
- Work with the scheduler to ensure timing plans are met for the assembly of parts across difference projects.
- Implement consistency of the assembly and storage facilities to be in accordance with:
•The group legislation already in place
•Respect for the quality of production of this equipment
•They may be required to work on a vehicle in the workshop or during test sessions
Quality Responsibilities:
- Apply and implement the quality management system and contribute to its continued improvement.
- Guarantee the robustness and traceability of all electronic components assembled on vehicle.
- Follow and apply procedures to adhere to FIA Homologation standards.
- Follow and apply procedures for the safe handling of HV batteries.

- Technician degree specialised in Electric and Electronic/Power Electronic
- Professional Experience
- 5-10 years working in automotive electronics
- Assembly of mechatronics equipment and components
- Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of automotive and aeronautical cabling
- Strong IT skills
