  • Set up and tear down of Hospitality area at events.
  • Schedule catering services for each event.
  • Manage the Hospitality program at all events.
  • Work with Office Manager to ensure that there are proper supplies for each event, special needs requests, etc.

  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided at all events for all employees. 
  • A cash per diem of $30 / day will be provided at the beginning of each event for dinners.
  • Travel to events is required and will be covered (flight and/or ground transport, hotels) by the company. 
  • On weeks that include a weekend event, there will be days off during the week following. 
  • Full-time employees will have three weeks paid vacation per year.
