Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
 
From 2026, Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
 
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for innovative technologies and passion for racing. The power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into one factory team - and you can be part of it.

Become part of the unique project and make motorsport history. The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Neuburg (Germany) site.

In the area of combustion engine development, you will support the design and development of the unit. From project planning to the creation of the corresponding construction stage, component and variant parts lists, you accompany the design and thus the design and development process. You take responsibility for the provision of the parts. By working with design, engine construction, procurement and logistics, you ensure that the development of the combustion engine reaches the level of maturity required for the environment as quickly as possible. You help shape the development process.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Creation and tracking of assembly and construction stage parts lists 
  • Creation and updating of project and process plans in construction
  • Creation of process planning in external production in cooperation with procurement
  • Planning the creation path of the assembly / component, including manufacturing, procurement and assembly
  • Parts list maintenance
  • Ensuring the timely provision of engines/components in cooperation with the interface areas
  • Project management

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, logistics, industrial engineering
  • In-depth knowledge in the field of engine technology, merchandise management
  • Experience in managing projects in the field of combustion engine development
  • SAP knowledge for creating parts lists
  • CAD knowledge: Catia/Creo to support the creation of parts lists
  • Experience in motorsport
  • Strong teamwork skills, organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
  • Independent and precise working style
  • Fluent German or English skills and the willingness to learn basic knowledge of the other language are required
