Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
 
From 2026, Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
 
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for innovative technologies and passion for racing. The power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into one factory team - and you can be part of it.

Become part of the unique project and make motorsport history. The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Neuburg (Germany) site.

In the area of combustion engine development, you will support the design and development of the unit. From the first part in the parts list, you create the corresponding construction stage, component and variant parts lists. You take responsibility for controlling the engine structures. By working with design, calculation, testing, engine construction, procurement and logistics, you ensure that the development of the combustion engine reaches the level of maturity required for the environment as quickly as possible. You help shape the development process.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Planning of upgrades and conversions for single cylinders, full engines and components (ATL)
  • Creation of production orders based on 100% parts list
  • Serialization of the engine components to be installed
  • Set control “in use” according to FIA specifications
  • Planning the creation path of the assembly / component, involving manufacturing and procurement
  • Parts list maintenance
  • Creation of engine construction lists

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or construction engineering, logistics, industrial engineering
  • In-depth knowledge in the field of engine technology, merchandise management
  • Experience in controlling engine assemblies or complex assemblies
  • SAP knowledge for creating, releasing and tracking bills of materials and production orders
  • CAD knowledge: Catia/Creo to support the creation of parts lists
  • Experience in motorsport
  • Strong teamwork skills, organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
  • Independent and precise working style
  • Fluent German or English skills and the willingness to learn basic knowledge of the other language are required
