This is an exciting opportunity to Join McLaren GT as a Customer Support Engineer based at our Head Office in Woking, Surrey.


You will be able to provide a comprehensive engineering support service, on event and factory based, for McLaren GT race car customers worldwide, including the monitoring and optimisation of engine operation. 

  • The successful candidate will be able to work alone or as part of a team and be able to travel extensively.  
  • The role requires an analytical and solution focused approach to problem solving and a proven ability to accurately interpret data.
  • You will be an excellent communicator with customers and peers and should have previous experience of a similar role.


You will be experienced, reliable and enthusiastic and live within travelling distance of our Head Office in Woking, Surrey.  Previous experience of working in motorsport is desirable.
