Our newly established facility at Rugby is expanding rapidly and we are seeking motivated and committed people to join our team. As we develop and grow our CNC machining facility we offer a solid career opportunity for experienced CNC Machinists and Programmers who are competent in machining and programming CNC machined parts.


You will have industry experience in this field and be available for a full-time position with flexibility for overtime in the busy times.


Skills and experience required include:

  • Trade qualification, fitter machinist or similar with practical experience.
  • Experience of High-Speed Machining - Mazak Variaxis and HAAS machining centres desirable
  • 5 Axis or 3+2 off-Line Programmer
  • Industry Qualified in an Engineering discipline or similar level qualification.
  • MasterCam/Vericut simulation or similar Cam software experience required.
  • Experience gained in a high-speed machining environment with direct experience in aluminium surface and feature machining of complex components of an aerospace or motorsport industry.
  • Experience with the creation of setup sheets and overseeing the proving out of new programs.
  • Good understanding of tooling selection and procedures
