Car Chief / No1 Mechanic

We are looking for a Car Chief in permanent position, competing in European  Championships starting in January 2023. 

Your profile  

• Several years of experience as a mechanic and car chief in GT3 race cars are a must 
• Profound technical education with several years of experience, characterised by reliability, resilience and flexibility 
• You can take responsibility, work independently and act pro-active 
• You are dynamic, motivated, loyal and a team player 
• Basic computer skills in Windows Office 
• Advanced knowledge in English language, written and spoken 

Your tasks 

• Leadership and coordination of the car crew at the racetrack and in the workshop 
• Responsible for setting up and preparing the car for races and tests according to the specifications given by the chief mechanic and race engineer 
• Ensure faultless driving operation 
• Car set-up according to the race engineer's specifications 
• Maintenance and testing of vehicle parts 
• Member of the pit crew in an assigned function (to be defined)
