A search request occurs when an employer asks RaceStaff to search for a very specific member of staff, in this case RaceStaff will request your approval first to see if you are interested in the vacancy before forwarding your details to the employer.

If you choose to be anonymous then even RaceStaff employees cannot see your details until you have applied for a job or approved a search request.

Your personal information is held securely and is never sold or viewed by anyone without your approval.
