In compliance with trading laws and best practice, purchasers have the following rights of cancellation. 7 days right to cancel (after payment) - a full refund will be issued within 30 days. This applies to RaceStaff.com customers and its additional services.

After this time refunds are offered under the following conditions:

If you are Employer (customer) / Candidate and paid for the web services, but are deemed not to be a suitable business with RaceStaff.com (See Terms and Conditions) you will receive a refund less an administration charge of £60 which covers the checking process that will have taken place. Refunds are always given in the manner in which the original purchase was paid.

RaceStaff.com, will however, in keeping with its ethical policies review the circumstances and where appropriate, may refund a part or all of the fees at its discretion.

As per the aforementioned RaceStaff.com. Terms and Conditions, RaceStaff.com reserves the right to cancel web services at any time for breaches of its conditions. If a customer / candidate contravenes terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of such a cancellation.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
