We have an ongoing requirement for bladder production technicians and we are looking for practical individuals to join our growing company who are hard-working, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
Successful candidates will receive all the training required to be capable of building a high quality fuel cell from start to finish and will define their own progression within the business.
Summary of Duties: Once technicians have passed training, the main duty of this role will involve being responsible for the manufacturing of all types of bladders to the required quality with little or no assistance.
The technicians will be required to meet deadlines and keep to schedules whilst working with Managers and the Quality department to ensure they are following best practice and presenting their products in a quality assurance manner.
Technicians will aim to become fully versed in all aspects of bladder manufacturing including all material types, however this will be driven by demonstrated dedication and capability.
Qualifications/Experience: No qualification or experience is required as all technicians will receive the required training. However, a practical mind-set with good hand/eye co-ordination skills is essential.
Performance during training will be analysed to determine whether technicians meet the capabilities required to be able to manufacture bladders without assistance.
Starting Pay: £16,120 - £17,680 per annum, paid hourly depending upon experience. Paid overtime available with possible progression up to £26,000.
