About Us

RaceStaff.com has been developed by motorsport people for motorsport people. As former drivers and engineers we understand the industry and how quickly vacancies can need to be filled so we built a system that is immediate as well as being pro-active and motorsport focussed.

As a new job is listed we wanted all the relevant candidates to know about it immediately so an email alert is sent out as well as the vacancy being pushed out through social media inluding our Linkedin Group 'Motorsport jobs' with over 10,000 members and in our weekly e-newsletter to 25,000.

The feedback is very positive so we will strive to keep making our systems better and more efficient and we welcome your comments for future updates and improvements.

RaceStaff.com is much more proactive than expensive and inflexible magazine advertising and our results are significantly more accurate than the large general job boards that are more concerned with the amout of applications they send you rather than the quality of them.

We rarely allow employment agencies to use RaceStaff.com as they 'resell' our candidates for between 10% - 30% annual salary and often have poor reputations, why not come directly to the source here at RaceStaff.com ?
